By accessing codeconnectmedia.com or commissioning CodeConnect Media for custom software, ERP/CRM architecture, web development, UI/UX graphic design, or marketing campaigns, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
02. 100% Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon full settlement of agreed project milestones:
- Full Source Code: Complete ownership of all custom software repositories and backend database schemas is transferred to your company.
- Design Assets: All Figma files, vector brand assets, and creative collateral belong exclusively to the client.
03. Travel Platform Architecture & Disclosures
CodeConnect Media develops and operates specialized third-party travel assistance portals, including Trainbooking.store.
These portals operate as authentic third-party technology providers and are not government transit operators. All fares and service fees are displayed transparently before payment confirmation.
